they may not make you drop the pounds in one day, they are the most effective methods to help lose weight

1) Reduce the size of your portion. That saying it's not what you eat but how much you eat really is true, especially if you're
trying to lose weight quickly. Continue to eat what you normally eat, but cut the portion size by
1/3.
2) Stop eating after 6:00 p.m. each
night. Drink plenty of water, as water will fill you up.
Each time you start to think you're hungry, drink a large glass of water. If this is making you go to the
bathroom more often, that's a good thing because you're cleaning your body out. When you're dieting, it's
very important that you not become dehydrated. In addition, if you're not getting water, your body may
begin to retain water. By drinking plenty of water, you may find yourself dropping pounds in one
day.
3) Exercise as soon as you wake up in the
morning and before you've eaten anything. Because you haven't
eaten since 6 p.m. the previous night, you'll need your muscles to exercise so the calories you'll burn will
come from the excess fat stored in your body.
4) Determine how many calories you take in each
day. The best way to know if you've eally cut back your portion
size by the right amount is to know how many calories you're consuming. Remember, to lose weight quickly you
need to burn more calories than you're consuming.
5) Go over the list of foods you're
eating. Now that you're keeping track of your calories, you
know which foods are giving you the most calories and need to be eliminated or reduced. You can fill up
just as easily on low-calorie foods as you can on high-calorie food
